Men’s College Basketball 2025-26 Undefeated Teams Tracker: Arizona, Miami (OH)

Date:

Arizona remains the unanimous No. 1 in the AP Top 25 men’s college basketball poll, and Miami (Ohio) checks in at No. 23. What do these two teams have in common? Both are undefeated this deep into the season. As of Feb. 3, these are the two teams that have yet to suffer a loss in the 2025-2026 season. Here’s how, as well as some notable opponents that they have already taken care of and those still on the way: Undefeated Teams No. 1 Arizona, Big 12 (22-0) Top-ranked Arizona resumed play against Quad 1 opponents with an 86-83 win over No. 13 BYU, then defeated Arizona State, 87-74, on Saturday. The Wildcats held a double-digit lead over BYU throughout most of the game, and when the Cougars mounted a comeback, Arizona held them off. The Wildcats have a tough slate ahead to remain undefeated. It plays No. 14 Kansas, No. 11 Texas Tech, and has a rematch with BYU in early February. No. 23 Miami (Ohio), Mid-American, 23-0 Miami escaped another close loss, beating Buffalo 73-71 on Tuesday. The RedHawks are in a curious spot. They haven’t had a single Quad 1 matchup yet, but they’re also 8-0 on the road, 1-0 in neutral locations and have two Quad 2 wins under their belt. Miami won’t face a single ranked opponent all season, though, Akron, which the RedHawks already defeated, is a top-50 team in NET. (Miami itself is ranked 53rd there.) Three of Miami’s 21 wins are against Division II opponents, but it has handled Division I teams just fine, too. Here are the men’s college basketball teams that are still undefeated in the 2025-2026 season.
