Date:

NBA Draft No. 1 pick odds Darryn Peterson: -425 (bet $10 to win $12.35 total)AJ Dybantsa: +400 (bet $10 to win $50 total)Cameron Boozer: +1200 (bet $10 to win $130 total) Depending on who you ask, Peterson was the best player coming into college this season, while others might have said Dybantsa, and others might have said Boozer. And while the No. 1 pick odds reflected that confusion when they were first revealed, Peterson is now creating some separation at the top. Peterson — a 6-foot-6 point guard for Kansas — has become the somewhat-heavy favorite in an odd season, in which he has struggled with injury, going as far as to play first halves and sit second halves in certain games. Still, he is averaging 20.5 points on 48.9% shooting from the field and 41.9% shooting from 3 in 27.8 minutes per game across 13 games. He’s adding 4.2 rebounds and 1.3 steals per showing. Dybantsa is a 6-foot-8 do-it-all forward for BYU, and through 23 games, he’s putting up 24 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.5 assists, and shooting 54% from the field. Lastly, Boozer is tallying 23.3 points, 10 rebounds and 4.0 assists for the Duke Blue Devils. He’s shooting 57.6% from the field. Want great stories delivered right to your inbox?
