Summerhouse Use Under Review: Jason Statham seeks lawful status for guest annexe; 1973 rule under scrutiny​on October 29, 2026 at 5:32 am

Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley are facing challenges in planning the summerhouse at their Hampshire estate. They have submitted a request for a certificate of lawfulness to transform the structure, initially approved as a swimming-pool pavilion, into residential quarters. Although the summerhouse has served as guest accommodation for prior owners since 2012, the New Forest National Park Authority is currently assessing the appropriateness of their application.
